Here’s a question every leader needs to answer: How does it feel? Leadership that builds up, impacts others and attracts a crowd requires emotional strength. This week we uncover hard to find emotions in our lives to reach new heights in our personal leadership development.
Whatever happened to zeal? We don't use the word zeal much anymore, much less aspire to it as a regular part of our lives, and yet, zeal is a hallmark of great leadership. The word zeal can be found all over scripture, but primarily in relationship to God the Father in the Old Testament, and to Jesus in the New Testament. It was zeal that ignited the action of God over and over again, but in our day, we tend to shun zeal, rather than encourage it. In this episode we will discover how to stir up zeal for God, our church, our families, our schools and workplaces, and anywhere else that we are called to function.

More so, the answer to that question will also determine the impact that the church has on the world, regardless of God’s intentions for us as a church! So, there's a lot riding on the answer to the question, "What is the church?" In this episode, Kevin continues to dig into the Word to help us reclaim our God-ordained purpose as a church family.
